Privacy and data protection
Your privacy
How this site uses data, remembers cookie preferences and displays external content.
Contact form
The form collects your name, email, subject and message, plus an optional company name and phone number. These are sent to the company’s email address to communicate your enquiry. Please avoid including sensitive personal data.
Hosting and email systems technically process the message. The company must confirm its full legal identity as controller, the applicable legal basis, recipient groups and internal retention periods. This page does not replace a final company privacy notice containing that information.
Essential storage
Videos, the map, navigation and the contact form remain available when optional cookies are rejected.
- PHPSESSID: a session cookie on the contact form for form security, repeat submission checks and submission results. It lasts for the browser session; session restoration may extend this.
- estasPrivacy.v2: local browser storage containing your cookie preference, notice version and decision time. After 180 days the choice expires and is requested again. You can also clear it with your browser’s site data.
- estasLoaderSeen: session storage recording whether the loading animation has appeared, lasting for the tab session.
- Server connections include IP and browser information. Server logging and retention depend on the hosting configuration.
External content
YouTube loads when you press play; the OpenStreetMap map loads on the contact page. These features are independent of the site cookie preference. These providers may receive your IP address, browser and content information, use cookies or similar technologies, and process data outside Türkiye.
- YouTube: only videos you choose to play load from youtube-nocookie.com. Poster images are served by this site. The privacy-enhanced player does not mean the provider processes no data.
- OpenStreetMap: the interactive contact page map loads independently of your cookie choice.
- Typefaces and animation scripts are served by this site. No advertising or visitor analytics tool is installed.
Changing your choices
Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your optional cookie preference. No advertising or visitor analytics tool is currently installed; this records your preference only. Refusing does not stop videos, the map or other features. This choice does not control external providers’ own data processing. Manage third-party stored data through your browser settings.
If your browser blocks storage, choices apply only on this page and may be requested again on another page. Without JavaScript, the map remains available; embedded video playback requires JavaScript. Following a YouTube or directions link takes you to a separate website.
Rights and requests
You can contact the company using the details below to request information or correction, request deletion or destruction where legal conditions apply, and exercise other rights under Article 11 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law.
