Ingredients
- 3–4 chicken breasts
- 3–4 tbsp butter
- Flour for coating
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp honey
- ½ tbsp vinegar
- 3–4 garlic cloves
- Spring onion to finish
- Salt and black pepper
Method
- Score the chicken breasts with shallow criss-cross cuts without cutting through. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Coat both sides in flour and shake off the excess.
- Heat the pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Brown the chicken on both sides.

- When the thickest part of the chicken is cooked through, add chopped spring onion. Serve with the pan sauce.
